About Us
Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy is an out-patient Physical Therapy rehabilitation facility. At Ivy, our goal is to assist you in moving toward improved daily activities and functions. We treat both non surgical and post surgical conditions in people of all ages. We offer convenient appointments covering before and after work hours as well as 24 hour evaluation time offerings to get you moving quicker.
