1:30pm     Commision on Aging hosts A Matter of Balance

Trained Coaches in  A Matter of Balance will discuss the class layout, who should attend a class and the benefits it has on your mind and body. Let us work together to provide you with knowledge and exercises that will help prevent falls.
2:00pm     Tamarac hosts an exercise class
