Description
This is first in what we are calling the S.A.F.E. Series. This is a series of unarmed personal defense classes. They will focus on Security (personal and in the home), Awareness, Fighting (Krav Maga style fighting skills), and personal Empowerment against attackers. Level 1: Becoming a Hardened Target, will focus on areas of the psychology of a predator and skills needed to recognize, avoid, and defend against attacks using knowledge and open handed skills to defeat your attacker! This is a 4 hour course designed for all age and skill levels.
