River Country Chamber Charity Auction 2025

The River Country Chamber of Commerce of Newaygo County cordially invites you to an elegant evening filled with laughter, while also giving back to our community. Join us for our annual charity auction. This year's event will be held on Thursday, November 6th.

A professional auctioneer will feature a wide variety of items, such as golf packages to local courses, exquisite jewelry, one-of-a-kind gift baskets, unique experiences and much more. A generous portion of proceeds from the auction will go towards supporting our selected recipient: Bellwether Harbor!

Bellwether Harbor  Animal Shelter is a public animal shelter in Fremont, MI. With donor and community support the shelter focuses on four key programs: Intake & Adoption, Training & Humane Education, Trap-Neuter-Return(TNR) and Direct Support to the Community. Funds from the auction will directly support:

• Veterinary services for spay/neuter and vaccinations
• Purchase of remaining essential equipment, including another surgery table heating pad and additional anesthesia machine
• Ongoing supplies such as food and recovery care items
• Outreach and education to increase community awareness and community participation 

This evening is not only an opportunity to give back but also a chance to network with community leaders, business owners, and fellow philanthropists. It is a night of celebration, where we come together to make a difference and bring hope to those in need.
