LEARNING OBJECTIVES
By the end of the session, the participants will be able to:
• Answer the question: “What is a project and what is ongoing work?”
• Identify the elements of a project scope.
• Recognize when using a project plan is appropriate.
• Generate a simple project plan.
• Effectively lead a small project team in developing and executing a project plan.
