Description
Nonmotorized transportation plan - OUTREACH MEETINGS
Regional, county and local government agencies, officials, staff, advocates, residents, etc. are invited to attend any one of the listed outreach meetings to:
• learn more about the project
• view and confirm the data collected so far
• provide input related to major connections, gaps, issues, priorities, and concerns
MDOT is working to develop a nonmotorized
transportation plan for the Grand Region
to: identify opportunities to enhance
nonmotorized transportation, prioritize
nonmotorized investment, and provide a
vision for a nonmotorized network to guide
public and private initiatives. A new Bike Map
will also be provided. MDOT is holding 10
outreach meetings throughout the 13-county
region in 2016.
