Open House @ Camp Newaygo

Camp Newaygo offers co-ed Day Camp options for girls AND boys in kindergarten through fifth grade, for fun and adventure including archery, canoeing, and swimming.  Since 1926, generations of girls aged 7 - 17 have cherished Camp Newaygo and come to spend their summers surrounded by woods and water at their girl’s summer resident camps. It’s more than a tradition or even a heritage; it’s a legacy, and it continues to leave its mark on current and future generations.

For kids who have never attended camp though, the prospect can be a little daunting; not only for them but for their parents as well. To help alleviate that, Camp Newaygo is offering a free Open House on Sunday, April 27 from noon till 4:00 PM. This is a great opportunity to tour the facilities, get information on day and resident camps, and meet the staff at Camp Newaygo. It’s a chance to “test drive” Camp and see what they’re all about.
