The River Country Chamber of Commerce invites you to start the new year off by attending the first "A.M. Business Builder" meeting of the new year.  We have invited motivational speaker, trainer, coach and business owner Rich Lohman.  Rich will captivate, motivate and help you "Master the 5C's to Success; Creating the Business You Want."  

This program will challenge you to TAKE ACTION and WORK both harder and smarter. 

Providing information on the top 5 mistakes small businesses make and giving you some of the tools to create the business you want!

Mistake #1:  Lacking clarity of direction, vision, goals to match, and accountability measures to keep you on track!  This is the number ONE mistake small business owners and entrepreneurs make that is at the core of what is getting in their way, slowing them down, or all but stopping them from reaching their potential.  Lacking clarity prevents you from setting goals and aligning yourself to the activities that will get you there.  How can you get there when you don’t know where there is?  The difference between those that have clarity and those that don’t is those that do have it do what they need to do to reach forward, step out, and grow towards their potential!  If you aren’t sure where you are going in our business, don’t have goals that match up to your vision, and don’t have the accountability measures in place then this program could be for you!    Rich Lohman
