Lunch & Learn 2016

A series of lunch-time workshops, webinars and round table discussions from local and regional speakers

Kick off the new year right by attending this months Lunch & Learn! This months topic; "Strategic Planning and Goal Setting"  Marie Elliot from Michigan Small Business Development Center will be on hand to discuss the importance of knowing where you want to be in one, or three or five years. How to communicate that vision and planning as well as running your business and not your business running you.  Start 2016 ahead by taking the time to create goals and develop an executable plan for your business.

In this workshop, the SBDC team will lead you through several exercises to help you define the changes you want to make in your business for the coming year and beyond.

Post training will be available through your SBDC consultant.  Marie will provide follow up to support you in the refinement of your plan and continued success of your business.
