Wednesday, February 19: Knife Skills. Another class back by popular demand – this is your chance to learn proper knife usage, knife care and sharpening as well as how to mince, dice, chop, chiffonade, and julienne among other knife tips and tricks. Total hands-on class and each student will receive an 8” Rosewood handle Victorinox Chef’s Knife (Retail Value: $49). Then after all the practice on cutting up veggies, we will make an pork stir fry, roasted potatoes with garlic aioli, and Moroccan Couscous. Class begins at 5:30 PM.
