SAME DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE 9 AM - 1 45 PM (shirts not guaranteed.. but race bag for the first 150 runners)
The 2nd Annual White River Kayak Race sponsored by HOUSEMAN'S FOODS takes you down the White River, a small river with a BIG personality! The featured section of the White River is sometimes shallow, has some quick turns, feisty rapids with rocky runs and low hanging limbs. It is best taken by experienced paddlers in maneuverable kayaks. This will be a timed coed event and the top 3 paddlers will receive awards.
The run from Raceway Park to Flowing Wells Park is approximately 3 miles and usually takes about an hour to an hour and a half depending on water flow and how fast you paddle leaving plenty of time for dual event participation.
