Looking for something fun to do with your small business, club or friends?
Come celebrate with us at Lang Lodge and let Ridge Catering provide great food and a fun atmosphere. There is still room available in our community dining room for you and your group!
Dinner will feature hors d’oeuvres of Blackberry Goat Cheese Crostini, Crab Cakes, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Bruschetta and Smoked Whitefish Dip.
Dinner will include a Slider Station with hand carved Roast Beef and Pork Loin, a Pasta Station with your choice of sauces and toppings, and a decadent Dessert Station with Peppermint Mocha Fudge, Mini Carrot Cakes and an assortment of miniature Cheesecakes.
Choose a time that works best for you and your group starting at 4pm-9pm. Our full cash bar and snacks will open at 4pm, with dining from 5pm to 8pm.
