This presentation introduces Google My Business, a free tool to manage your business information across Google. It's the easiest way to help your business be found online. Is your business verified on Google? If not, you can be verified instantly in most cases during this workshop.
Before the event, you’ll need to create a Google Account to access the free online tools. If you already have a Google or Gmail Account, you’re all set. Just remember to bring your username and password. If you don’t have a Gmail or Google Account, you can create one for free at:accounts.google.com/signup
During the workshop, we can expedite the process of verifying your business on the map (instead of waiting for a pin code). To do this, we’re required to confirm your business address on one of the following documents: utility bill, tax letter, or business registration certificate. The document must be original (not a copy) and it must include the business name and address.
