Functional Core Workshop

Description

This workshop is designed to help women prevent and heal problems with incontinence, diastasis recti, prolapsing as well as pre-pregancy women looking to prevent any injury during or after birth. This is also a great workshop if you're just looking to improve your core function and prevent injury in your daily life or during exercise! We understand how hard it can be to find a babysitter, so feel free to bring your child with you to this workshop! The cost is only $10, so come on out!
