Empty Bowls - Sponsored by Huntington Bank
What: Annual event to bring awareness to the issue of hunger in Newaygo County, and provide funding to help prevent it. Enjoy a delicious bowl of soup (or 2, or 3) donated by many local restaurants, and select a ceramic bowl created and/or decorated by local art students and community members to remind you that somewhere in the county, there’s always someone with an Empty Bowl.
Who: Everyone is invited and welcome!
When & Where: Thursday, October 8th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at the TrueNorth service center in Fremont OR Friday, October 9th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at the Commission On Aging in White Cloud
