Cooking Basics at Gala Gourmet
Description
Saturday, February 22: Cooking Basics. Several people have been requesting a class on basic skills. In this class we will touch briefly on knife skills, how to read recipes, how to measure, basic terminology, how to make great soups, your own healthy vinaigrette (no more bottled dressing!), a pasta meal in 20 minutes, Easy-Peasy Shrimp Scampi, and Roasted Turkey Breast that we will turn into a total of 3 different meals. Class begins at 4 PM
