Schedule:
9:00am - Mandatory cooks meeting. Meat will be distributed at this time.
9:00 am - 10:00 am - Entrants are required to set up on Saturday, September 17th. You may park one vehicle in front of your space long enough to unload then move it to the parking area for competitors.
Turn In: Contest meats must be delivered to the designated turn-in point in the cook-off competition area no later than five (5) minutes before turn in-time time:
Chicken - Judged at 5:00 pm
Ribs - Judged at 5:15 pm
1st Place (ribs & chicken) = $100.00
Overall Competition Winner:
1st Place = $200
2nd Place = $125
3rd Place = $75
