Meet our Presenter: Jalisa Danhof is the Director of Camp Newaygo, a 100-year-old nonprofit serving families across West Michigan. She leads an organization that bridges five generations at once, from teenage staff to alumni in their 90s. With firsthand experience navigating generational differences in leadership, communication, and workplace culture, Jalisa offers practical insight on how to build connection, accountability, and collaboration across age groups.
