Annual Rib Cook-Off and Fall Auction

Description

Fall auction starts at 10am.  The Fall auction raises money for our general fund.  If you would like to donate please call so that we may arrange a pick up of your item.

Rib cook-off:
$50 per team, gets you ribs when you arrive. Please Contact Rusty prior to the cook-off so that he can get the proper amount of ribs ordered. Ribs can be picked up after 8am at Bitely Tavern. No Parboiling or frying oil permitted. No prior preparation before Saturday.
5 Judges will vote blindly on a 1-10 scale on: Taste, Appearance, Aroma, Tenderness, and Overall. There is also a peoples choice award, so come hungry too!
Ribs come off at 5pm
$5 to taste
***You may also pick up your ribs at Bitely Tavern on Saturday afternoon
